When you connect your TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or LinkedIn accounts, we collect certain information via official APIs:

• Profile Information: Username, Display Name, and Profile Picture to identify your authorized channels.
• Authentication: Secure OAuth tokens required to post content on your behalf.
• Media Assets: Video and image files you upload for the purpose of broadcasting.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to provide and improve our broadcasting services:

• Authenticating your identity and maintaining secure connections to third-party APIs.
• Processing, optimizing, and scheduling your content for publication.
• Providing real-time status updates on your scheduled broadcasts.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

ClipSched does not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. We share your content and tokens only with the specific platforms you authorize to facilitate your requested actions.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your authentication tokens and metadata only as long as your account remains active. You may revoke access or request full data deletion at any time by contacting us or disconnecting your accounts.

5. TikTok-Specific Data Practices

When you connect your TikTok account, ClipSched accesses the TikTok API with the following scopes:

• user.info.basic: Your TikTok display name and profile info, used solely to identify your connected account.
• video.publish / video.upload: Used exclusively to upload and publish content you create within ClipSched, at times you choose.
• video.list: Used to verify successful publication and retrieve performance metrics.

Before each TikTok post, you are presented with the following controls as required by TikTok's Content Sharing Guidelines:

• Privacy Level: You choose who can view your content (Public, Friends, Followers, or Only You), based on options available to your account.
• Interaction Controls: You decide whether to allow Comments, Duets, and Stitches on each post.
• Commercial Content Disclosure: You indicate whether the content promotes your brand or is part of a paid partnership, in compliance with TikTok's branded content policies.
• Music Usage: You confirm agreement to TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation before each post.

ClipSched does not store, sell, or share any TikTok user data beyond what is required to operate the service. TikTok tokens are stored securely and used only for authorized posting actions. You may disconnect TikTok and request deletion of all associated data at any time.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of all your data, including connected platform tokens, uploaded media, and post history, by contacting us at the address below or by disconnecting your accounts within ClipSched. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
